latest blackberry 8830 world edition features

Coming this summer to Bell, the BlackBerry 8830 World Edition has the unique ability of using both of the two major cellphone fequencies used by networks around the world. Here in Canada and the rest of North America the smartphone will use Bell's own CDMA network, but elsewhere in the world the phone will switch over and connect to voice and data roaming services for international GSM/GPRS networks. Bell has decided to launch the black version of the phone (Verizon in the States has just announced the silver version) which includes chrome accents on its 14mm thick body. Like the Pearl before it, it uses the wide QWERTY keyboard and trackball for navigation, but does not include a camera. Instead the new BlackBerry offers support for GPS-based applications including BlackBerry Maps which offers with turn-by-turn driving directions and the ability to track your route. Full specifications below.
-Dual-band (800/1900 Mhz) CDMA 2000 1x EV-DO for high speed data access, web browsing and tethered modem support; and dual-band (900/1800 MHz) GSM/GPRS for continuous voice and data service while traveling internationally (although not all countries may offer this)
